Skyzer and MyCupcakeMoney said there are conditions that need to be meet but they aren't gonna say what they are (I don't even know if Justin knows ) I know one condition is reputation so like I said the more you help the better change you have but I don't wanna say you have to do exactly this and get your hopes up :P
