How to level up pokemon in ORAS?

Anyone find an efficient/quick way as XY restaurants? Only way i could imagine is sweep the elite 4

I think you get exp points for secret base battles. I haven't got mine set up to battle yet but I think it would be a good way.

Secret Base Battles (saw one on Reddit that had a bunch of lv 100 Blisseys for EXP) and the food court in Mauville gives a lot of EXP too.

For the secret base battles, do i have to add them in order to fight them? not sure how it works :x do you have to do the triple battle for xp?
