Anime forum "Post Thread" button missing

Is the "Post Thread" button missing from the anime forum for anyone else?

if my memory is correct i think you have to be trusted to use that section, a while back a bot got on to that section and was spamming it hard posting something ever minutes with advertisments, so justin closed it for a while and when he opened it back up he made it "trusted only" so that doesnt happen again

Ah, that kind of sucks. I guess I will have to do a lot of trading and get some +rep. I got a couple threads I want to post including one for sharing wallpapers.
