Don't know if you're looking for an additionaly one or something, but you can get it at Sea Mauville from battling the couple (in room 6, i think)

I fought them the first time I got there, then because I was looking for something else I immediately talked to the woman of the couple after the battle and she challenged me again, this time they were at a higher level, and then after that 2nd battle she gave me the destiny knot

it's random most people get between the 2nd and the 3rd time they battle them
