Just like the title says, I need an eevee with a Def IV of 30.

I can offer a 31/x/x/31/31/31 Torchic adamant with Speed boost.

Anybody interested?

you need an eevee which has only x/x/31/x/x/x or can it be anything as long as it has 31 in def?
or must it be exact 30? O_O

I need HP ice, so an exact 30 def IV woould be great! I already have a parent with an even ATK IV, so the def Iv isthe one I lack
