I'd have to level it all the way up to Level 47. .-.

Seedot learns Explode at level 33. It can be found in the start of ORAS.

Actually.. In X&Y you could take it to the Restaurant Le Wow with a lucky egg and the experience o-power. It would level up to almost 50 during those meals
I haven't gotten so far in ORAS yet so I don't know the best way of leveling up there.

In that case, I could get a Pokémon from my Pokémon X, and do just that. Would you be willing to help me trade it to my Pokémon Alpha Sapphire?
