I am sorry I can not do that cuz I can not catch oshawatt in the wild. also I am near the beginning of the game so so far I only have shiny patrats and lilypups. also trades are done in pokemon oras.

Im pretty sure pokemon x and y can trade with oras, can i get the patrat please then? Thanks.

no. as I said no legends and they have to be able to be caught in the wild.
