[ORAS] How to chain without fail!

Its pretty much a garunteed increase in the shiny rate. Theres no way that people using this method are just getting lucky. The problem is that this method works like chain fishing so there will never be a definitive answer to what the increase is. The best thing you can do is give it a go and hope for the best.
