Shiny Victini cannot be legit.
Victini was only given away in Generation 5.
Pokemon with a blue pentagon are from Generation 6.
So Victini's with blue pentagons are not legit.
Victini is also ShinyLocked, wich means it cannot be obtained in it Shiny from in anyway thats Legit.
