Phione for Mewtwo isn't a very good trade, as you can just breed more Phione. You might get someone to agree, but you'll probably need to try another legendary (or a non-legendary with very good stats for battling). If you don't mind buying X/Y, you can get Mewtwo in-game without trading for it. Hope this helps!
