I feel incredibly bad that I saw this so late, but I cannot see your Pokémon. Check the GTS and see if you recieved a Pokémon. I've heard that the GTS can glitch out and won't show many of the Zigzagoon because there's just too many. Try depositing a Zubat or Tentacool instead.
