I was breeding up a bunch of timid Gastly a while back and still have a number hanging around if you want one. No egg moves, but Gengar has a good TM/tutor move pool anyway. They are on my PB, so let me know if you want one. I am looking for females in legacy pokeballs, particularly.
Not sure if OP is still looking for dratini or eevee but I can easily breed some up.
