Depending on your game, you can easily catch a hidden ability Oddish/Gloom yourself. If you have X/Y, you might not be able to catch one as it depends on your friend safaris.
Hidden Ability Oddish
XY - Friend Safari (Grass)
ORAS - Routes 110, 117, 119, 120, and Safari Zone (DexNav); Routes 119, 120, and Safari Zone (Horde Encounter)
Hidden Ability Gloom
XY - Friend Safari (Poison)
ORAS - Routes 119, 120, 121, and 123, Safari Zone (DexNav)
Hidden Ability Oddish
XY - Friend Safari (Grass)
ORAS - Routes 110, 117, 119, 120, and Safari Zone (DexNav); Routes 119, 120, and Safari Zone (Horde Encounter)
Hidden Ability Gloom
