[SMOGON] [OUTDATED] [Smogon] [OU] Nihilego Moveset - Hazard Setter (Offensive)

I'm actually looking to use Nihilego with a poison build involving Toxapex with Merciless and Salazzle with Corrosion (for those pesky steel types). Throw out Toxic Spikes with either Nihilego or Toxapex, have some pokemon hold Red Card, and let the fun go from there. It's still in the works and I'm looking into other pokemon but it's what I have for now.
