[ORAS] Maybe my game is broken?

Last night i sat tapping the super training bag for ~10 minutes and got 0 bags, so i just thought i was having some bad luck. But now today i have been trying to get a bag for the past hour and still have not gotten a bag of any kind. Is this happening to anyone else? If anyone would know how to "fix" this please help me!!!
