Hey I just wanted to let you know I can't respond to your request unless you allow PMs. Made a post here because I don't have another way to contact you.
I haven't had a chance to breed my Alolo Vulpix yet but when I do I can give you a 4IV relatively quickly 5IVs are going to be hard until bank drops sadly.
