I can provide proof for the manaphy and jirachi, however I no longer own the wii that I got the mew on, and as it's transferred with a trade between Pearl/Diamond (you have to deposit 999 Pokemon into the Pokemon ranch to get it) there's no WC for it either, it's OT: Hayley, ID: 01000, the description reads "A fateful encounter seems to have led it across space and time to reach you from the sinnoh region" as it's been transferred all the way from Pearl to Omega Ruby.
