No need for IV's or shinies , just a HA rufflet or Braviary prefferably Adamant nature
I have :

Magikarp 6 IV on Lure Ball
Chimchar HA with fire and thunder punch
Litten with Fakeout
Gible with good IV's + Iron Head
Charmender with DD and Outrage
