Hey, Aqua. You know, I honestly never thought about that. It hasn't happened to date, but if it did, it would depend on two variables. As a Shiny hunter myself, I'd consider these things:
1) Which pokémon is it?
2) Do I already have it?
If it's a Shiny I don't have, I'd probably add it to my collection. If it's like say, a Shiny Gible, then I'd probably trade it for another Shiny right here on the site. Why do you ask?
