I love making ridiculous sets in Pokemon because it's fun. Z-Moves are amazing aren't they? From Extreme Evoboost to Genesis Supernova, Z-Moves shook up competitive play massively. One of the lesser known Z-Moves is Z-Happy Hour. It boosts all the user's stats by one. Now as the title says, Gyarados is the star of the show here.
