Components and sets seem ok. Probably you can have troubles vs Electrium Koko and Rain teams with MSwampert, because you haven't an Electric resistance/immunity and you have to wait the end of the Rain going in with Toxapex on Waterfall and Skarmory on EQ. That said, adding AVTang or Bulu (oh lol what the hell I'm saying) to your team can be harder than winning mind games and obvly they can't ensure the win in this kind of matchups.
