[VGC] VGC18 Rules

Am I the only one concerned that they said "some" legendary pokémon are banned? Most likely, this pertains to Necrozma and its new forms. I really don't want another season polluted by Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. Not to mention Power Herb + Geomancy Xerneas. I really hope Nintendo quantifies this "some" pokémon really soon. Depending on who's allowed, I don't know if I'd want to compete this season...
