@RetroTyphlosion I know what you mean. But, they don't call it Most Effective Tactic Available for nothing. If it's the best choice out there, people are gonna use it.
When I thought of TR Ice Beam users, my mind went to Cresselia first. In my experience, P2 hasn't been much of an issue as I've rarely encountered it. Cresselia on the other I see almost every other battle. That's just me tho
