We're still not sure when new mods will be added but we already have a list of potential new mods.
As far as benefits... there really aren't any. It's just extra work. Closing, moving, deleting threads/posts. Banning sometimes.
It's not fun but it's necessary.
Well, I suppose you CAN mess around with people's profiles/signatures/etc... but I rarely find a good reason to be able to. =P
