I could give you a macho brace, but it's better to use the power items. They basically do the same thing, but there's one for each stat and it gives you one EV of the stat regardless of what you're fighting. So for example, you can faint a horde of zigzagoon (which give speed) while wearing the attack power item and get 5 attack and 5 speed EVs.
