I don't have any spare but if you are in ORAS they are really easy to get.
Everstone: secret base trainers, 'pick up stones' has a high chance of giving everstones.
Destiny Knot: In Sea Mauville there is a couple which do doubles battles (only door on the right in the left corridor) and they have a 1 in 10 chance of giving you a destiny knot after rematches so just save and soft reset. They only have an illumise and a volbeat so are quite easy.
