I got browserhax to work, if someone is interested (on OLD3DS, NEW3DS seems to be different, so if you own a NEW3DS, you should read the informations on the page http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php)
if you used Tubehax, keep your "3ds" folder at the root of your SD Card (inside this folder you should have savemanager)
now go on this page: https://smealum.github.io/3ds/, scroll down to "Otherapp payloads" and choose your firmware, download the file, put it at the root of your SD Card, and rename it "browserhax_hblauncher_payload"
open your web browser on 3DS, delete cookies etc.
on your PC, go to this page http://yls8.mtheall.com/3dsbrowserhax.php, and scan the QR code with your 3DS.
now you should be on a page which is almost empty. "almost": you should see a tiny slider, zoom in all the way so the slider is as large as possible. Then touch the far right of the slider at the exact location where the slider ends, within the slider bar.
wait a few seconds, homebrew should launch.
hope it helps
