This is the team I used to beat E4 on AS(currently doing Delta Episode as of this post):
Sceptile
Gardevoir
Sharpedo
Linoone (was mostly my overall HM slave but I used him a few times for battles, he also dealt the finishing blow on Champion's strongest pokemon xD)
Swellow ( used very few times due to rest of team being pretty overkill already :P)
Latias (never used in any trainer battles, mainly my Dive HM slave)
