For a profile picture:
1. Go to user settings at the top left.
2. Under the "Your Profile" tab, there will be a link that says "Change Avatar". Click on this.
3. Upload an image from your computer or put in a URL if you don't have the image saved.
4. Alternatively, you can make a Gravatar account, which will automatically scale the image of your choice. If you type in your email to the URL box, it will take you to the website. Just make the account from there, upload the picture you want, and it will automatically populate on this site!
