[PC] Binding of Issac: Afterbirth (plus out soon)

I finally got (false) Platinum God myself today! Although I feel really dumb since I thought you only had to see every item and so I never bothered to pick up The Candle or The Necronomicon. Like these were so easy to find I actually found both in the same run once I realized that I had to actually pick them up for it to count towards my found items.
