Male Spinda Knows the move Hypnosis

what i want:
Meowth
Timid
Technician
5iv or 6iv
in NET BALL
with
Egg Move: Hypnosis

FYI:
i do have Destiny Knot and Everstone

What's the best breeding path to get the result im looking for?
