Why Arcanine isn't S? Its usage has always showed how much splashable it is (Lando-T's level in BSD and SM OU imo) and it has a lot of options in its movepool wich make it able to run a multitude of different sets. It seems absolutely better than others A+.

@Spyro190 Yeah, I figured that out a while ago...... I play VGC, but I've got to be the worst person ever at it.
