- Earth Power  
- Ice Beam  
- Scald  
- Protect
- Icy Wind

PHYSICAL
Swampert @ Leftovers  
Ability: Damp  
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 244 SpD  
Ivs: 0 Sp Atk
- Earthquake  
- Ice Punch  
- Waterfall  
- Protect
- Rock Slide
- Curse
- Superpower

Any of these moves can be switched between each other depending on what kind of set you would like to run.
