3DS Internet help plz?

Yes um hello it's skrewUps here reporting with a brand new problem,
my internet shows Error Code 001-0502
my original connection was awesome and had no problems...
and then it suddenly broke.
the trouble shooting thing said the DNS failed
but i didn't know how to fix it
so I used my backup connection
it's terrible and it only connects to the internet on my PC
because my 3DS shows Error Code 001-0502 whenever I use it on my 3DS xl (Pokemon/Browser/eShop/etc)
so... help plz?

You could try and reset your router and also rewrite your internet connection settings after resetting the router. And restart your 3ds if needed. Hope you get your connection to work friend :D.

you sure the server wasnt down for maintenance?

Try inputting a DNS manually rather than having it auto fill. This could potentially fix the issue.

Well idk if this would help but whenever my internet has issues, I would
1) turn off my modem, wait until it cools down (about a minute or so), unplug and plug in all cables again and turn it on again.
2) disable the wireless connection on my 3DS, then enabling it again.
3) ....or the last reason would be maybe the internet service in your region is down, and you'll have to wait a few hours before it gets up again?

I'm no tech wiz but hopefully this can help in some way or another ><"

Asha = No, I don't think so. It's always been like this.
PrincessSylveon = hmm, maybe. Could you list some DNS settings for me? :P
weisakura = thks, but I already did that. and I don't think my region is down- the browser on my PC works fine.
