If you mean people "bidding" for valuable Pokemon like 6 IVs, events, or shiny Pokemon, don't think it will be implemented anytime soon. The concerns for this is the potential for people to scam others of Pokemon as well as not follow through with their trade agreements. Also the whole point of the "trading" is essentially bidding people your best offers to others so not sure how what you mean there. We already support people having giveaways as well as sweepstakes for certain people to win a valuable Pokemon by chance, or maybe free.
