My first ORAS shiny was a Sableye the other day, but I didn't manage to catch it. It popped up while I was leveling up a pokemon for breeding and I didn't have any pokemon close to its level. I couldn't catch it with the Ultra Balls I had on hand while it was at full health, so I gambled on a Peck from my high-level pokemon.. RIP Sableye.
The first ORAS shiny I actually obtained was a Skitty. I was in the process of breeding some good moves into a Skitty and I miraculously got a shiny. xD It's a shame that its IVs and moveset aren't perfect but hey I'm happy, it's my first ever hatched shiny.
