Clearly, I need to reword my intro.

Up until right now, I have never heard anyone claim they like Glaceon's design, only the opposite. Therefore I figured it was a general opinion that Glaceon was under-designed. But I guess y'all have proved me wrong. I guess Glaceon does have some fans after all. Oh, well.
