Hey guys i just wondering if Action Replay is legal? Some say yes and others no.
So if i would buy me one and i would make my Qurtel Perfect IV and nothing thats not posible to gain ingame would be the Qurtel legal?
What happen when my friend gives me a pokemon that was trained with action replay code ? and i use it on competetiv ?
