I'm trying to get into VGC2016, so if you have anything for that, I'd be happy.
I don't play VGC that much, but I guess you could search sample teams on the internet, since I think that websites like nuggetbridge and Smogon often have threads for sample teams. Hope I helped, sorry for my lack of VGC-knowledge. :/
