Anyone else know about the banwave?

Well from reading the links it seems to hit people with custom firm hardware.This isnt exclusive to pokemon or genning.Thats up to gamefreak not nintendo.This is like the week before Sun and Moon were going to be released and people priated the game.It only affects the people who have cfw.And having cfw could led up to pirating and that hurts the sales and Nintendos revenue
