Are Egg Charm and Shiny Charm in Sun and Moon as well?

Thank you. It makes more sense than having to get the whole national Dex defore getting the Shiny Charm (at least you still have something to do after you get the charm).

No

shiny charm is obtained once the Alola Dex is complete, and oval is obtained once you've become the champion, the links naitre posted explain in more detail.
