Best Stats?

Is there a website / guide or anything that shows me which are tthe best stats for certain pokemon?

Like if i should be boosting its ATK or SPATK/ etc etc

Try smogon maybe? It does list which EVs to max, natures and moveaets.

Try http://www.smogon.com/stats/. I use it all the time when deciding what to use for my Pokemon. They update it once every month with the usage stats from Pokemon Showdown. Just click the latest month and go to moveset to check out the specifics like EVs and Moves.

Ok Since you weren't really specific, I'll answer this as best I can.

If you were looking for a websites to differentiate the Base Stat Totals of all Pokemon, then go to either Serebii, Bulbapedia, and even Pokemon Showdown Teambuilder. All the links to Serebii, Bulbapedia, and Pokemon Showdown will have a full list of all the Pokemon with the overall best Base Stat Total ( or BST as called). If you like to navigate say the highest attack of any Pokemon, just change it to the the list by "clicking" attack on the tabs/arrows and the list will oraganze itself with the Pokemon with the highest attack stats first. 

Now if you were looking for Pokemon "sets" well look at the Smogon Dex and see what are the best sets to use at the moment. There should also be a list of the full attacks any given Pokemon can learn as well if you are looking to make a different set than the one found on the Smogon Dex.
