1. You cannot make pokemons OP like you mention, but you can max out up to two of the six stats or you can distribute all the EV Points between all thats.

2. There are many different movesets for the pokemons you mention, whether you like to make them sweepers or tanks. You can look around in the forums and find more builds for the pokemons you want or even new ones you can try out. 3. It is not required to mega evolve during battles but its HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you have a mega - pokemon in your team as they are powerful. The best Mega- and overused pokemon is Mega-Kangaskan due to its parental bond ability that allows you to hit twice. Depending on what team you are building, decide which mega-pokemon fits in well.
