Would a shiny level 100 Silvally suffice?

They are really cool, and would be amazing with perfect IVs (or EVs whichever one, I'm not too sure which is which). 

Or a Celesteela, since they are in high demand on the GTS.

I have already seen a few on here that I want to use. It won't be until after xmas, but I will inbox the people who's sets I want to use so we can set up at trade. I am still open to more suggestions. Hopefully GTS Wars will be at least a weekly event with a specific time.
