I'll let tygaa go in deep detail to help out. But I can say now you are running a very VGC12-13 team with the exception of greninja. You need better pokemon team wise to have a flow because this looks like a OHKO to Greninja and Garchomp on everything all day. I personally have a flow of the team on where they can be pieced together and work very well and also work alone without worries.
