For those who have gone to Pokemon Regionals before....

For those who have gone to Pokemon Regionals before is there anything else to do other than compete?

One of the upcoming Regionals is just a few hours from where I live. I would like to go but will not be able to compete. I am nowhere near having a team to enter and I don't have time before the tournament starts to make one.

So I was wondering if there are other things you can do? Can you buy merchandise? Can you watch the games? Can you meet with the commentators?

Again I live a few hours away and don't want to travel all that way only to find there is nothing else you can do.

I know Lancaster CA is doing a community Expo on Sunday where there will be tons of stuff to do for people who don't compete.

At Worlds there was a ton of stuff to do. JWittz has a bunch of Vlogs the year he was Top 8 in the world.

I think just meeting new friends if fun to do as well!
