This Firebird. Not just because OMG IT'S UBERZZ!!111 it has an awesome design and Blaziken needed the upgrade imo.

Mega Lucario or Mega Diancie. Lucario because the little story with him in XY was nice. Plus, his tail looks like a nice overcoat. Diancie is one of those things I thought looked dumb as hell when I first seen her. Then, I actually got her from EB Games and liked how she played. Her mega adding a wedding dress made her all the more lovable to me. I just wish her in game sprite had the sword.
