What's everyone's favroite movie genre and movie, I'll start;

Genre: Horror
Movie: 28 Days Later

Genre: prolly action; not sure

Movie: either "Pulp Fiction" or "No country for old man"

Pulp fiction is my favorite movie hands down

Easily horror, for genres. I would think I favor psychological more than others, but I'm not actually sure. One of the more obvious favorites of mine is probably Rosemaries Baby. Trick r Treat, As above so below, Cabin in the Woods and Krampus are all honorable mentions, though.

Harry Potter series and Thrillers.

Mystery. I guess I like movies that are thought provoking and needs more analysis to fully understand what's going on. I love movies like The Prestige, Triangle, Primer, etc.

dude, we are totally on the same page! you listed some of my favorite films.

That being said, here are my responses.

Genre: Scandinavian Black Humor Movies

Movie in specific - and i f'in love this Movie: In China They Eat Dogs (1999)

Kind of hard to decide... I love a lot of movies! Even crappy one!
I guess comedy, scifi and action movies (with a lot of explosions, guns and guts!).
The movies you mentioned guys are freaking amazing! Pulpfiction is one of my favorites.
As an animatior my favorite movies are animated movies... such as Paranorman, Inside Out, Monoke Princess... to name a few.
