[DISCUSSION] PU Tangela and Meowstic-M set help

I recently starting maining PU tier and I got my hands on these two with their Hidden Abilities. I haven't breed them for IVs yet because I don't have a set in mind to choose a nature. I'd like discuss some movepool ideas and suggestions. I don't like copy/pasting Smogon sets, that's boring. I love coming up with creative sets, so help me out guys. Thanks.

Well when you play a Smogon tier, the Smogon analysis for the Pokemon is conceived to ensure that the Pokemon is as efficient as it can be in the tier chosen, but whatever, do what you want.

But experienced players of the tier probably know the whole set given. I don't need a completely new set either, I like to tweak things sometimes. Also, sometimes there are multiple sets Pokemon have potential for, Smogon even points that out in a Pokemon's summary, but they only cover one.

The whole purpose of Smogon sets is to give you a set which is viable for the tier. If you wanna get creative you can run offensive Meowstic with Substitute, Calm Mind, Psyshock and Signal Beam/Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball or a Cleric set with Heal Bell, Thunder Wave, Psychic and either Yawn or Magic Coat. Anyway Tangela can be ran in the tier is already on Smogon so can't say much there
