Dream World Arceus in Wonder Trade and GTS

So basically, I try to Wonder Trade my ribbonless Arceus from DW and it said that "it's a special pokemon and you can't trade it". Are any DW arceus being treated the same? Also, which Arceus are capable being Wonder traded? Any answers are greatly appreciated. Thank you
